LABCOM group is responsible for the LHD data acquisition and archiving system called the LABCOM System. Here, we provide various kinds of data related support for the LHD staffs and collaborators in data acquisitions and managements, and also in remote participation for the experiment. License Registration of PV-WAVE for Linux

First, the host ID should be taken to apply for a run-time license of Linux versions of PV-WAVE 10.0.

Find your host ID by the following way:

  1. Install the "PV-WAVE for Linux" at first.
    The default installation directory is "/usr/local/RW" (recommended).
     
  2. Set up the PV-WAVE environment:
    • From a C-Shell:
      source <RW_DIR>/wave/bin/wvsetup
    • From a Bourne- or Korn-Shell:
      . <RW_DIR>/wave/bin/wvsetup.sh
       
  3. Send us the output of the following two commands:
    LMHOSTID
     
    The alphanumeric character of 6-12 digits is output as follows.
     
    lmutil - Copyright (c) 1989-2005 Macrovision Europe Ltd. and/or Macrovision Corporation. All Rights Reserved.
    The FLEXlm host ID of this machine is "0002b3a6ab38"
